Guide to 9/11 conspiracy theory documentary films and video
lectures
There are number of 9/11 conspiracy theory documentary films
and video lectures, and many of them essentially claim that
9/11 is orchestrated by (a small part of) the US government
and it is a part of a much larger plan made by the US government.
Regardless of whether it is true or not, if you are interested
in looking into these theories (to confirm the general claim,
to satisfy your curiosity or to disprove the claim), you probably
want to watch many of those documentary films and video lectures
to make a sound argument. The following is a guide to 9/11
conspiracy theory documentary films and video lectures.
- "Loose Change" Number of online videos, some of which should
be classified as documentary films, are available for free.
Probably the most popular one is "Loose Change", a documentary
film. While "Loose Change" does not prove every single claim
made in the film meticulously, the film ties up all events
occurred on 9/11/2001 pretty nicely. Also "Loose Change" gives
a pretty good idea of what most of 9/11 conspiracy theories
attempt to prove. Regardless of what you think about 9/11
or 9/11 conspiracy theories, "Loose Change" is a fine documentary
film. It really flows from the beginning to the end; also
the background music works well. The film is also colorful
and eventful, and it is stimulating.
- "TerrorStorm" I also mention "TerrorStorm" by Alex Jones
here, but the claim that the film makes is a bit argumentative
objectively speaking. Also the claim is a bit dramatized.
This film is also very colorful and eventful.
- "Painful Deceptions by Eric Hufschmid about 9/11" If you
want to watch something a little more serious, then "Painful
Deceptions by Eric Hufschmid about 9/11" is the one that you
want to watch. This video lecture tries to focus on facts
rather than wild speculations; also this video lecture is
not made to entertain you or amuse you. What the lecture claims
is still a conspiracy theory, but if you want to watch something
that is not dramatized, then this is something that you want
to watch.
- "9/11 Mysteries" "9/11 Mysteries" is another video that
you want to watch if you want to watch something serious.
"9/11 Mysteries" attempts to prove its conspiracy theory by
giving many examples and analyzing various events scientifically
while "Loose Change" focuses more on tying up all events and
creating flow rather than making it look like a vide lecture.
Also "9/11 Mysteries" includes many more examples and extensive
analyses than "Painful Deceptions by Eric Hufschmid about
9/11". If you want to understand what 9/11 conspiracy theories
are generally about and disprove them, then "9/11 Mysteries"
is probably the one that you want to watch instead of "Loose
Change"; "Loose Change" is not exactly made to open up very
serious scientific discussions about 9/11 conspiracy theories.
- "David Ray Griffin - 911 Commission Report: Omissions and
Distortions" "David Ray Griffin - 911 Commission Report: Omissions
and Distortions" is a lecture given by David Ray Griffin;
this is not a bad video lecture to watch, but the problem
is that he does not explain his theory in detail. It's not
that he has no proof to present, but it's simply that he focuses
on covering the whole story within 60 minutes. It definitely
gives you a good idea of what most of 9/11 conspiracy theories
attempt to prove like "Loose Change", but 60 minutes is not
long enough for him to get into a lot of details.
- "9/11 Press For Truth" If you want to look into specifics
of 9/11 conspiracy theories, then you want to watch this documentary
film. This is also an important film for those of you who
attempt to disprove 9/11 conspiracy theories because "9/11
Press For Truth" references many mainstream newspaper articles
to construct its argument. "9/11 Press For Truth" claims that
evidences point out that terrorists who attacked on 9/11/2001
have stronger ties with Pakistan than with Afghanistan. Also
the film claims that there is a very strong tie between Pakistan
and US. The film makes the claim while it backs up details
by articles published by major newspapers, so there are concrete
materials to examine in order for you to prove or disprove
9/11 conspiracy theories.
- "9/11 - 2/1/2006 BYU Professor Steven E Jones WTC Lecture
UVSC" This is another lecture on 9/11. Professor Steven E
Jones gets into details, and specifically, he claims that
Thermate was used to demolish World Trade Center Building
1 and 2. He is a physics professor and his approach is scientific.
He actually published an academic paper on this, and he goes
over his claim step by step in this lecture. This is probably
the most scientific lecture given on any subject related to
9/11 conspiracy theories. Whether you attempt to prove or
disprove 9/11 conspiracy theories, this is probably a must-watch
lecture.
- "THE TRUTH & LIES OF 9/11" "THE TRUTH & LIES OF 9/11" is
a lecture given by Michael Ruppert in November 2001, shortly
after 9/11. Michael Ruppert has been claiming for years that
CIA has been in drug trafficking business; he ties up this
claim on CIA and 9/11 in this lecture. What is rather interesting
about the lecture is that Michael Ruppert gave the lecture
only 2 months after 9/11 while most documentary films and
video lectures were put together long after 9/11.
9/11 conspiracy theories are probably the most widely discussed
conspiracy theories today, so there are so many documentary
films and video lectures on this; also there are number of
documentary films and video lectures that are not entirely
about 9/11 but are related to 9/11. However, documentary films
and video lectures listed in this article basically cover
the entirety of 9/11 conspiracy theories. You should be able
to make up your mind about 9/11 and its truth by watching
them.
